Wrapped up / twisted around

Wrapped up and twisted around -
This time it’s my scarf. Wrapped over my head. Knotted.
Pulled behind my neck. Knotted again.
I’m on my seat, three benches along. Sitting to the right of the squiggly tree branch.
I have a thermos of freshly brewed coffee.
A different cup today, I’ve always called it the unicorn cup. Repurposed from a pen holder in the studio now back into the hot beverage regular rotation.
Inside cup / outside world.
Looking around now, I see no clouds.
The sun is warm on my face.
I’m having a nice time.
These phrases come to me often:
To repeat and repeat and repeat.
To forget so that I can remember, again.
Yesterday I went to a discussion on the philosophy of yoga. A new thing at my yoga studio.
We spoke of familiarity, of repetition. I’ve thought this before?
